Trending @Capgemini; BOTP has raised for me and I have given the tasks to complete. What if I resign in BOTP , will I have to serve 3 months of notice period after resigning while in BOTP ?
Better start looking outside for opportunities.BOTP duration is 1 month where they assign some tasks and take interviews.
If by chance your interview don't go well or they provide negative reviews for your performance you will be forced to resign by HR and only 1 month notice period will be provided to you.

BOTP( Back on track process ) is a new form of PIP, in which -
- They assign you tasks to complete courses from Coursera or udemy
- Weekly Mock interview
- Small Project task
- Exams
No matter which project you have worked on , you'll be assigned to complete tasks from L1 exam technology. For me I have worked on a python project and now they are assigning .net related tasks. This sugar coated way to tell you to resign. They assign 4-5 courses of 50-60 hours each to complete within one week, which is impossible. Even if you complete all tasks and give good performance in BOTP,you'll have to get tagged in the project else you'll be fired.
Botp or Pip is a new way for management to tell us self resign, just use this period to upskill and switch to other company
