Will the company remove us from project or from Capgemini after BOTP. I'm currently in a project and had received 3 rating in January and also was appreciated for good work 3 months back but after that few of us were put into BOTP. Can anyone tell whether we will be put on to bench or will be removed from company itself.
If you're on BOTP, it's a warning sign. You might end up on the bench or out the door. Perform well, or start looking for other opportunities.
I'm being targeted as I had questioned their biased ratings during year end review. I today got a mail for last step of BOTP.. where I have to acknowledge it and have to pack my bags.. who can help me here to put me in bench atleast instead of termination

3 rating have been reduced to 4, it’s not your manager decides, default rating has been mapped from back end database. This is due to various reason of hr or company compliance

BOTP is "silent layoff". You have max 30 days NP to exit CG.
