When BOTP was raised I was in project that time, HR said project tasks will be used for monitoring My PIP.But it's been just 20 days over PIP period has initiated My project allocation is saying It will be till 19 th Feb.No one has yet said that I am going to release from project.What if I released from that project and comes on bench,will HR call me and ask to resign????yet the PIP period is not completed.Please need immediate advice.
This is an unofficial layoff in CG. Once you get released from the project, you are out from CG. Don't wait for them to release you or ask for resignation.
Botp has become threat in CG
Complete the assigned Tasks in BOTP. otherwise HR will force you to Resign.
hahaa its a myth please search a new one even i also btop look outside nothing gonna change
Better to go on bench and improve your skills
