Trending @Capgemini; BOTO and politics

One of my colleague X who was working with one of the client he had worked 2 years and did every delivery on time no escalation received. And one guy who was leading the project resigned and took his resignation back after spending notice period last day. Suddenly after two days my colleague X received bad performance email from the manager. He was not sure why did this happened. Neither me. Though he was working good his performance was very good and no escalation from client in two years no performance issues and suddenly one mail. He tried contacting manger but she didn’t answer him she is not getting spare time in 24/7 routine that’s weird right ?

He replied back on that mail asking what’s the issue Then next day one another manager called him and said that he would or might get PIP or BOTP not sure why ???? He asked on the call what’s the reason still he kept quiet. So strange right ? No escalation from client still he received such mail.

What’s the issue guys these managers and LALA management are harassing employees and are not telling the reasons they are secretly firing employees in the name of BOTP. This is so sick Guys Please write your suggestions.

Same happened with me brother. But the reason for me was the BTO compliance which I haven't followed but client team always appreciated my work. They chose attendance over performance. If I am doing 1-2 extra hours work at home they appreciate that. It's Capgemini (Indian) management which concerns about attendance to office not about performance. So what I learnt from this is "apne hi apnoke pair neeche kheechte hain".

they also do this out of spite, jealousy, ego hurt... mostly the BU managers and leadership all have same toxic culture and thinking being together for 20yrs+ at one place... no one cares to remove these non productive resources....

Most of the CG projects works on office politics, and it has nothing to do with your performance, for all I know the person performing the worst can still sit at the top position and person doing most of work might get laid off or best case scenario is not getting even 1 percent hike
Solution is just quit CG and go to some other organisations

How will you quit you have 3 months notice period they do this knowingly to trap you and slave you they don’t let you go the Client they don’t pay you proper they change your location when they want they have made us puppets and tell us to follow companies fucking rules what rules motherfucker. They don’t let you live they don’t let you die. I am telling you, these are fuckin monsters wearing human skin lol

Same thing happened with me last year my manager initiated BOTP without any reason and when I asked him he was like it's not my decision management takes all this decision he didn't even had any reason to justify BOTP and I recently came to know my years BOTP affected this year's rating
