Yeah, including the tax deducted. And you won’t be able to claim the rebate for this tax. Some CA told me that even if I return the amount, the govt isn’t going to give back you the money. If you find something else, then do let us know as well.

time to change your CA, while filing ITR you can claim refund for the extra tax paid
