I want to change my job but there are still 6 months left for my service agreement. Can I switch to another job without actually paying the amount ? And also 3 months notice period is too much, Is there any way we can reduce this?
Service agreement bonds had been removed in CG, they are not valid now. It is just to hold the freshers in the company for a while.
If you are on the bench there will be issues leaving the company, if you are in a project then you may face some issues in relieving

Yes, there is one option, you can buy out the notice period. For example your monthly take-home is 30k, you need to pay 30k for one month buyout, and you can decrease your notice period by 30 days.
