If your project people don't make you billable after shadow period, you will be going to bench, it's on them, if you are bad performer they will remove. Most times they don't really want to remove after training you for so many months in shadow.
No special facility for billable 🫴. You have to go to the office man, Go 3 days a week and fulfill 12 days a month. Or 60% of your working days.
You have to stay in the 2-6 hours category of staying in the office for the safer side.
Being in less than 2 hours is a risk.
Not an immediate risk, but if you don't stay a good number of hours for more than 3 months, you get a warning email up to 3 times.
