Trending @Capgemini; Billability Requirement for Promotion
It’s been 2 years since I joined Capgemini. I’ve been working in shadow mode for the past 11 months, and from September I will be moving to billability. My default promotion was after 18 months, but I didn’t receive it because I wasn’t billable. I just want to confirm how many months of billability are required to be eligible for promotion, since my colleagues received their promotion because they were billable.
See, officially atleast there's nothing called as default promotion in CG. That being said many freshers to get promoted after completing 18 months in the org and there are quite a number of people as well that do not receive any promotion after 18 months. So the best option here is to simply connect with your N+1 and discuss about your performance and promotion
