Trending @Capgemini; BGV in Capgemini

One of my friend has worked in another company and left within 9 days because He modified the payslip of the previous company and got caught.. He has given an interview in CG and got selected... He has not shown the company in the experience... But in pf summary it's displaying as worked 9 days...

Will it be a problem in Capgemini BGV???

Don’t show that experience and CG wont create any issue. I worked for a company for 2 months and left due to some emergency and pf was deducted but I didn’t show that experience in resume and never mentioned and I didn’t face any issue and it’s been more than 3 years in CG now

Thank you he has not shown that experience anywhere

Yes, it could be a problem. Capgemini's BGV is thorough. Discrepancies like unreported employment can lead to serious issues. Honesty is the best policy.

Thank you... HR told him that they will not consider that experience... Does he need to tell still??

If it shows in PF it needs to be declared and should have relevant documents

I joined CG recently and I felt that the BGV was very strict here. They will definitely catch this. It's better to be honest.
