My dear friends ,

I guess my job is about to end in CG as I got mail from BGV . They are asking few documents within 5 days otherwise they will take appropriate action .

Actually my previous company did not update DOJ correctly in PF Account so they are unable to verify my employment.

Meanwhile I am coordinating with previous organisation as well as EPFO customer service but it is impossible to update in 5 days .

Can please some one help me what if they will not able to verified my previous employment details .

Talk to your last company HR and asked to drop a mail to CG , happened with me also it worked

Best way posssible is to provide the BGV team with all the bank statements showing salary credits from the date of joining till the full n final settlement …This would work as a proof of your employment

Okay as of now I have shared payslip and form 16 I hope it will work !

Also share the bank documents highlighting the salary credits and for giving them more confidence forward all the monthly bank statement emails on there email id for verification

Loop your manager and explain the situation..he can coordinate with bgv team

And somewhere I checked mentioned if the information doesn't match the information that you provided to the company then it may lead to termination after giving 5 days notice . Is it correct?

Meanwhile file a grievance complaint against your previous employer on epfo as well.

I am regularly connecting with previous employer ..they approved details in epfo portal but now it is pending from Noida field office ..it will take 20-30 days 😒
