I joined CG on June 24 at C1 level. I'm currently on a bench. Can anyone pls tell me what is the bench policy for C1 grade.

You asked self release from project or they released you bro ? How long you have been in project ?

I heard more than 3 months on the bench is not good. Find some project from your network, keep pinging your RMG spoc

You can have more than 3 months also but you need to find out new project on your own don't sit on rmg also. I was also on bench from 4 months (from March) but now I am tagged in to a project . Will suggest you to ping all the manager and senior manager.

I am from CIS BU , asked self release from project because of support project (13 months as billable ) and going to bench by this month end , how long they can hold and what are the other ways (not depending on RMG) to get projects within CG kindly let me know
