Around 2 months for existing employees
switching to other project, 4 months for new lateral hires but it depends on BU/profile.

If you are upskilling and your skills are asset to organisation and if they’ll be in demand for upcoming projects then they can extend the bench period.

Better to check with Supervisor/Manager/HR.
