Trending @Capgemini; Bench period after joining

Hi everyone,

I joined Capgemini in the month of April. I haven’t been allocated to any project till now. Today I have received an email asking me to find the project because it is affecting the productivity. and they have given a timeline of 15 days to find the project if failed to do so they will be taking necessary action. They have marked my people manager in CC. But as per the communication from my manager earlier. It will take time to get the project. Nobody from the team has not received any email like this even though they have been on bench for months. What should I do now?
