Trending @Capgemini; Bench Employee layoff

Today Capgemini layoff me during long time bench period .I am on probation period also.they simply do internal evaluation from a person who is already on bench and say that your feedback is not positive.i think they don't have much project. I score 100%in thier power up session test and hacker rank test 85 plus. Still they not considered me.my questions is that I was given relocation allowance.will they deduct from fnf or they spare it. Felling very disheartened today.dont expect this thing from Capgemini.

Why did you accept this situation? Come out and expose this entire scam in LinkedIn what has happened with you. You need to escalate it.

Fine what's stopping you from exposing their scam. If you don't raise your voice, you will be thrown out. Few of them were retained when they dropped mail.

Ideally they don't do it if you're performance is good and you're clearing client interview
Seems BU specific
Can you specify your BU?
