I resumed after maternity leave and got interview call for the project with the hybrid environment (3 daysWFO) but they declined as I required WFH for next few months so that I can take care of my baby as well. Now I wrote mail to HR and manager 15 days back for WFH as mentioned in the farewelcome policy and awaiting for their response . But not received any response till date. Can please anybody suggest how long it will take to get project with complete WFH policy. Or how long I will be on bench? Please advice as I am worried about my job.
HR can be slow. Keep following up politely. Meanwhile, network within the company to find a project that suits your needs. Job security can be a concern, so stay proactive.
Hi, @FriendlyEddy what happened later can you give some details, I am also seeking wfh approval as a father for 6 months as I need to support my alone wife but recently coming in bench due to project got closed , people manager/bench managers are not properly guiding. I have uploaded documents as well in success factor for verification.
