Trending @Capgemini; Before joining Capgemini they had interviewed for one project and they confirmed me that they are taking me into that project and after joining, again they conducted an interview and said I’m not selected for that project.what to do now?
Capgemini is doing this with everyone. For a particular project first they are asking to conduct the training , asking to complete the task, asking to give the test even after completing all tha task then again they are taking interview and saying that you are not suitable for the project. How they can expect that a person should become perfect in a particular technology.
You will get deployed on other projects, as per your skills.
It might be a rejection from client side in terms of budget, experience or whatever. RMG team will reinitiate the tagging process. Be prepared for the interview
I think you need to wait. You will get call from other projects. Be in touch with your supervisor.
It's a common experience for many of us. Don't worry, you'll eventually land a project in a different domain or using a different tech stack than your current one!
Nothing to panic, it’s normal process, be prepared for interviews internally. No project will take resources without discussion even if it’s internal. You will get projects no issues
Same thing happened with me few months back when I joined this shithole. You will a call soon from other project. All the best
Did you get anything like this in written ? you ll never get it and no company can guarentee that. Even few Job offers comes with low salary package but an On site opportunities. That Opportunity we mostly never get.
You need to insist for ur tech stake or u can be put to anything that ensure billability n ur car3r would be ruined
