Yes, you have an option of rotational shift in BTO exemption, provided your shift is mapped to you in the portal

It mostly depends on the person you are working under… If the person gives you an approval then you can raise BTO exemption and mostly it will get approved as well. I did the same thing so telling you to get the approval on mail first and then attach the mail hole applying for BTO Exemption.

My n+1 saying that hr is questioning them why you are rostering for T1 shift if they have worked late they can login late next day and come to office no need to give bto exemption to people on project reason that they are working till 1:30am only give on medical reason…Is it true?
