Anybody know how the attendance is calculated for bto . Whether they consider attendance in office by considering all working days of year and in that you should come to office for 60% or they calculate based on month basis 12 days a month should be there

For safe side go with 60%

Monthly basis -12 days a month and if we take a leave then also attendance should be 60% in the month
