Hi All I was promoted from A5 to B1 in Oct 2023. This month I got email for another promotion. It was totally unexpected as I didn't fill any reflections or YER till now and no feedback was received. Honestly, I am still thinking it is a mail by mistake, lol. But my performance is good, so maybe due to that. Will there be any hike , if yes, how much? I just completed my 2nd year in CG.
Can we go B2 from B1 in a single year.. I don't think so... I too got mail for YER while I had my appraisal last July only... everyone is getting mail to fill the YER for 2024...
Even I didn't believe when I got promotion mail. My experience is also so less.
Congrats on the promotion! Hikes usually accompany promotions, often around 3-5%. Check your compensation mail for exact details. Keep up the good work!
