Trending @Capgemini; Average package for a 29 year old guy

In ideal scenario, passing from tier 3 college. What should be the average package of a 29 year old guy? Mine is 5 LPA currently and i feel i am far behind

Don't feel like that, there are so many people who are earning less than yours at the age of 29. Just focus on unskilling and change the company.

Working as SAP functional consultant as SR analyst. I started working at 26. I feel like I wasted my 22-26 Yeats’s phase
