I am on bench and having some health issues and submitted my reports even but RMG reviewed and rejected it ... And now I am facing issue after I came to my base location and as per bench rules they are asking to report alternate days so what I can do now for location change and it's been one year in CG and not tagged to any project if any projects in SAP feel free to msg
Have a talk with your supervisor first, let him know the issues you're facing. Get his approval first. Then drop a mail to your RMG (keeping your supervisor in CC) asking for location change and inform him/her that your supervisor has no issues with it. If the RMG doesn't respond then ask your supervisor to intervene. If my case my supervisor was very supportive, I got my location changed twice without having any issue whatsoever.

Even I had same issue first talk with your reporting manager since your not tagged to any project they might relocate you
