We recently got deployed into BU and we are on bench since then without any communication from staffing manager. Even if we ping him he,won't respond!!. We aren't getting any client interview calls And when it's just been days since we deployed we suddenly recieved a mail that we need to get allocated into project in 15 days. Can someone say what we need to do!?
Go to IJP and start applying based on your skillset and experience level. Secondly, catch hold of your RMG and supervisors drop mails to them every single day until they respond. Always deal with emails so that you can show them proofs if at all things go down south. Maintain one mail thread for supervisor and RMG requesting them to allocate you to projects which fit your skillset and just follow up on the same mail thread every single day.
Also, while you apply on IJP, some openings might have mentioned their SPOC for the role that they are hiring. Ping them on teams for followup every single or maybe even create mail thread for each IJP applies.
Do not sit idle for long on the bench, it really hampers your experience level in the long run and maybe even get fired considering the 'fear of recession' right now. Try to follow above-mentioned tips every single day or every other day.
There is no projects unnecessarily they are hiring purple just to play with their life. Worst organization
15 Days is temporary. Go and meet the manager which u got allocated . U need to wait untill they tag u in project . Non FS and FS not much projects as of now
