What is happening in this company, please provide your views in this.
I have filled the form in my reflection and I filled and submitted from my side. Now I am receiving mails from OND to ask my N+1 to get the update and comments so that process will get completed.
I asked my N+1 he told to ask the comments from my project manager. What the fuck !!
In every company we have regulation and some proper way, they need to see and connect together they are asking me like bich-ka-bandar (Moving Ball).
What to do guys, how to proceed with this.
There's no point in coming here and complaining just coordinate. Ideally if your N+1 is someone not from your project, then your project supervisor/manager has to connect with your N+1 or vice-versa to give/get your feedback. Atleast this is what my supervisor does.
Just be calm and coordinate if they are not doing it. They are not worried about your appraisal. You can play blame game but it not going to help, just coordinate and get the work done bro….!!!
