Trending @Capgemini; Appraisal/Promotion Process for Freshers

I joined Capgemini back in September 2024. This month, I have received two emails; one for my appraisal feedback process/career guidance and another from FSSBU HR directly which mentioned YER (Year End Review). My question is, will I be eligible for a promotion/appraisal this year? I just completed 1 year or can I expect it once I complete 18 months in March 2026?
