Until 30th Sep whoever joins the company are eligible for Appraisal cycle but mostly they won't honour with any hike. I joined in Aug2022, I was a part of appraisal cycle for 2023 but no topic on hike. Don't know if I'm going to get any hike this year. 🤞🤞
