Trending @Capgemini; Appraisal form for resigned employee

Manager asking me to fill appraisal form but only 20 days left in my notice period. Is it mandatory for resigned employee as well ? Anyone other resigned employee asked to do so ?

Do Simple steps complete 1-2 mins , if not you might face some issues on lwd and keep some remarks… just do it

It's just formality, not mandatory for employee serving notice period, your BU HR might say you are not eligible for appraisal. You may not get variable pay and appraisal (these will be out during Q1-2026)
