When do we get to know our salary is going to increase like? I’ll be completing my 18 months in the company on November so when will I get to know that when is my appraisal and when will I get a promotion?

Company doesn’t have a standing policy to give a raise/promotion after completion of 18 months. You just become eligible for the raise/promotion after this period. It is not offered by default.
