Finally got no appraisal confirmation from my manager. If still anyone keeping high hopes then forget it. After having 4.2% of overall growth of Capgemini this is what we get. PS- 10+ years of experience.

I got rating 2 in my first appraisal cycle as fresher in August. When I can get expect this year’s promotion in June or July as my cycle is JAS. And do I need to fill My path or Get success for this time Becoz it’s going to be second appraisal only plz reply anyone who knows

Market is not doing good… Technical skills expertise required. Pakage is already good..
But I was surprised to hear after doing 7 certifications in a year my manager said this.
