Trending @Capgemini; anyone know about buy out policy and how its work, since i need to go for post graduation any I can't able to serve 3 months notice period.

Once I saw a cg employee who got hired by ss could have this buyout thing. But he also said, it depends, sometimes things doesn't work in terms of buy out.

In detail I can't explain because I never dug into this matter.
