It is related to not coming to office . This mail is with reference to conduct of disobedience by not following legitimate instructions of company/violation of office hours and attendance policy..
A disciplinary committee is set and the meeting is scheduled..

Yes bro I have received the same mail from HR last month
They will schedule the one to one call with you and you have to turn on the webcam and they will be asked the reason why you have not followed the hybrid work policy. The HR committee includes senior director, director and your BU HR.
You have to give the reason why you have not followed the hybrid work policy.
If they are satisfied with your excuses then it's okay else they will send you MOM on mail within 1-2 days.
In MOM you have to be attached to the mail from your manager regarding WFO approval if you have.

What happened after the mail,I got MOM mail not able to produce evidence documents.Mostly it will be termination.So , instead of termination they will accept resignation?.
