Trending @Capgemini; Any idea on how to claim paternity leave?

In my replicon it shows as 0 leaves? Can anyone advice on how to apply for it? What is the procedure and how many days can we get paid leaves?

Yes it will show 0 just select reason as paternity and apply for 15 working days

After 15 working days wait for some days and apply for 90 days of work from home as per farewelcome2.0 policy. After 90 days again apply for 90 days as 180 days is allowed for wfh

Thanks for the reply - any policy section where I can get more information about it? Also this reason I need to add in Replicon while claiming leave? and is there any documentation proof that I need to submit?
