Trending @Capgemini; Any hike letters received after 31st March?

What ever were released were last. If you didn’t get then it could either of these reasons

1. Higher package than average from your peers
2. Mandatory training compliance issue
3. BTO issue.
4. Joined in 2024 but didn’t get exceptional

Still waiting N+1 says wait for this week, one of the person in my team is also waiting, we both got promoted from B2 to C1

What about the people who despite getting 2 rating and doing all the mentioned points still receiving 2% hike .

I called the HR helpdesk. They said I will get.

No and it wont even come now
