What's the appraisal cycle is it 12 months from the DOJ or 18 months? And the percentage range of appraisal?

18 months most probably as 6 months from joining date are counted as probation period after which you'll receive one email that you are now a permanent employee and 12 months from then you'll receive your first appraisal which would be around 3-4%.
