Everything is fine in Capgemini, But the problem is there is no transparency between management and employees. and if we talk about HR, they are totally dumb.

Atleast based on my project environment, I would agree (apart from the nonsense rating criteria ofcourse)

Shittiest place along with shittiest HRs
