Hi all, my grade is B1. I joined Capgemini as a fresher on June 21,2021. I know I am not eligible for the variable pay but will I get the annual pay review on March? FYI: never got the annual pay review for the last 2 years.
This mail isn't addressed to you specifically. Look at who has received the email. It is a generic email issued to all employees of Capgemini India. In the YER (year end review) you would have received a rating between 1 and 4. 1 being the highest snd 4 being the lowest.
Your rating would be visible to you in the GetSUCCESS portal. Even if you have received a rating it still doesn't mean you'd end up getting a hike/appraisal. Why? Cause it depends on way too many factors apart from your own performance. Factors such as your BU performance, billables for your account/project, QoQ gowth of the company as a whole, approved budget for your particular project, whether your contributions have made a visible and outrageous amount of positive effect, attritions/retention cases in your project, etc.
Since you have been in the system for over 24 months it is reasonable to assume you should get a hike but it absolutely not reasonable to assume it in the first 12 months.
