I am having 7.5 years of experience with 15.6 LPA package. How much should be the package of a senior consultant with this much year of experience ?
I know senior consultants with 8 years of experience at 11lpa and 24lpa. If you think you deserve more switch do not beg for pennies here.
It depends if you're in a Metro city its under paid as the cost of living is high but if you're in your hometown or non metro city its pretty decent. Don't confuse with years of experience as there are lot of hierarchical structure in different companies for yoe.
I think it's decent. But if you switch you can get more - always the case I guess
Whatsoever hike you get on this you will feel like it's not enough.Anyway,we are in service based company whose HR cries when we ask more than 25 % hike. Keep trying outside and target for 7.5× 4 = 30 lpa
I earn almost same at cg with 4 yoe. You are paid not as per your experience but based on your previous CTC. Only solution is to switch if you want more CTC.
