Trending @Capgemini; Am I too late for success
Hi guys I'm earning 35000 pm and I have 4.3 years of experience in one company and I'm trying really hard to switch but I faced 10-15 rejections I've been trying from the past 4 months, some motivation and suggestions would be appreciated as I feel as an underachiever being a 26 years old
No one is late or early. Everyone has their own timing to achieve their prime. I have faced a lot of rejections and a few I also rejected. I have more than 5.6 years of experience and I'm earning just marginally more than you. But I'm still working hard. I'm doing certifications as companies are asking for them and also they can strengthen or brush up your skills which will help you to switch. I have been trying on and off for more than two years now. But this year I took a step back and thought that I should focus more on upskilling and cracking the interview rather than applying for jobs. That's what I'm doing and I guess you should do as well.
