I joined on July 8th in CG. And i got an exceptional rating in YER. Will I get hike this March ? I am in C2 grade.

I joined CG on 15 April 2024, didn’t received any hike etc.

Yah i heard the same from a few people so to get clarity on this I have posted here. At the same time few people got the hike it seems.
