Trending @Capgemini; After how many months of working on a project can you ask for a release in Capgemini?

I am working in Capgemini as a ServiceNow Developer working in the same project for the past 15 months. I want to leave my current project because of no learning opportunities. I have been working on the same module and my day to day work included repetitive tasks. I want to explore new modules which i have already started learning but want the opportunity to do hands on. So after how many months we can ask for release, any dependencies, process for release etc.
