Trending @Capgemini; After applying for internal job posts from the internal mobilities,there is no response from CG. Can anyone let me know what is the process?

Despite of applying for multiple roles in internal mobilities, I didn't get any response from the recruiters in cg. Can anyone let me know the exact process of internal mobilities. Because, there are lot of internal job postings which are exact match for my skillset.
