Recently I am released from project and rmg made rule to visit office mon-tue-wed work from office . But last week I go to office on Thursday and just requested them to consider Thursday attendance as I was working from home today But this stubborn representative of rmg are not in place to listen
They should consider, talk to the N+1 of that RMG SPOC
I wrote mail to rmg fellow with applied leave on 6th and also office swipe of 2 ND may nothing happen
Do not hesitate to skimpy the level and also loop in BU HR
CG is worst place to work
May be they have some schedule to allocate the seats accordingly. Still this rules are not mentioned anywhere . These people create their own rules..
