Trending @Capgemini; Accenture Vs Capgemini
Last week, I got released from my project due to budget constraints and am currently on bench. My manager assured me he will pull me back once a PO or requirement comes. Meanwhile, I got an offer from Accenture as a Transformation Excellence Consultant in their Strategy & Consulting division. I had a good experience at Capgemini, and most things are settled here, making this a tough decision. Should I put down my papers and join Accenture or stay and wait for a project at Capgemini? Would love to hear your thoughts!

You should consider joining Accenture due to concerns about job security here. It seems the CG uses a pattern of removing employees from projects, putting them on PIP, and ultimately pushing them to resign.
In short, it's an UNOFFICIAL LAYOFF strategy of Capgemini.

Put papers and wait. If the requirement comes back check with your manager. Otherwise you can just move on to ACC. This option gives a negotiations edge if they want to retain.

If I put papers then will they give me other project calls?
If requirements came then they will ask me to withdraw my resignation? they may retain If I am okay with current CTC else not I guess

Corporate is full of lies just move on to next company

If your CTC is fair enough at current CTC, just move to Accenture

okay....but some were telling me that CG is good compared to Accenture...So not sure what to do...Please share

Don't rely on Capgemini. If you're getting a good opportunity then please switch to Accenture
