I was joined in cg on July 16 2024. From Jan onwards I was in bench and recently I was selected some under one project and in the last minute They rejected me
What I was asking is Is there any maximum bench period is alloted for freshers
As of now I didn't get any evaluation calls or open demand calls also
And Upto date I didnt get any negative mails too
You are in which technology? Try to reach out to people and get shadow tagged in some projects. Be extremely pro-active, learn from there and build good rapport there. That might be a quicker way to get a project.
well pls search outside you are in great danger as i had gone through it, i was in bench for that year last moment i got process but it was non billable so i got least rating i.e. 4 if you are in permanent role then u r safe for a time being else they will ask you to leave
