Trending @Capgemini; A3 18 months Freshers promotion cycle ?
I got joined CG for A3 role and I have completed 18 months . My question is the first fresher promotion cycle is default or not . If it is default then why I am not received promotion letter yet . Even ratings also received from getsuccess . Some of my friends got promotion but I have not ? Is there any solution for this ?
My manager is not even reachable she never replies what to do it's so frustrating

Ratings depends on the project, if it is a pilot project, all default rating if you complete 18 months as well. Infact getting default promotion from A3 to A4 doesn't happen, it is based on the performance and managers favouritism as well. A2 to A3 promotion is default with a negligible increment.
This year even though u got rating no letters and no promotion . Further questions if u have connect with ur manager or BU HR
