Trending @Capgemini; A Fresher’s Struggle on the Bench in Capgemini
I joined Capgemini as a fresher with great hopes. After training, I was moved to the bench, where I’ve remained for over a year. While RMG is expected to provide project opportunities along with evaluation calls, we were only given evaluation calls, with no project interviews at all. Despite repeated follow-ups, there was no proper response or support. This lack of clarity and action has left many of us stuck and demotivated. Freshers deserve transparency, guidance, and real project exposure — not prolonged silence. It’s time for management to address this ongoing issue and support its bench talent.
True, if they are hiring then they would atleast make sure that there are enough projects available for new recruits. In my case at least I was lucky enough to get into a project immediately after completing my training and have been working in the same project ever since
