Trending @Capgemini; 6hrs mandatory in office? What if we didn't maintain min. 6hrs?

They will keep you in BOTP, currently im under BOTP program due to attendance, not only me few of my colleagues who are in current client project facing this, back to office they are considering very serious from this year

When did this 6hrs become mandatory? In the TIO page they only mark less than 2hrs in red correct? I believed that is the mandate >2hr

it's better to change job next year and get company who is giving wfh

Maintain decent hours in office to avoid low ratings and BOTP, its better

HR will gather that data and warn you. It maybe used during pay revision and promotion discussions.

One of my friend is currently on BOTP just because of the TIO is less than 6 hrs

As of now no one will ask for office hours but in backend HR teams are collecting the office hours data and they will consider that during your Year end Review. If your manager gives a higher rating also HR will calibrate it to a lower rating. Also maybe in future they may send 1 mail regarding min office hours who knows. So better maintain min 6 hrs.
