Gratuity is paid when you leave the organisation and your total tenure in the organisation is 5 years at least. For 5 years of service, CG will send you a memento. A wood or fiber made 5 inches long CG logo ( blue colour)

If we leave only means bad if we have stayed and continue stay they need to increase the pay at least some of the market level.

No, you would only get a trophy and eligible for Gratuity when you leave Capgemini. You get bonuses after 10 years/15 years / 20 years and so on....
