Trending @Capgemini; 4 days/week mandate soon?

My manager got the news from her N+2 that Capgemini can soon enforce 4 days/week office from Oct. Currently it's only mandated for VPs and -1 but it will probably be rolled out for all employees from Oct. Is this really true?

If it is then I'm f**ed. 12 days was already tiring enough and now they are adding more days! What the hell is happening? Does CG want to become the next TCS?

I won't care even if they make this compulsory. I'll only go for 12 days 🤐 This is pure idiocy.

Dont panic anyone ... And if everyone comes everyday... Half of the employees need to sit outside due to seats available

No one is gonna come for 16 days a month even if they enforce. 3 itself is too much already, given the parking, lifts, seating spaces etc. and our traffic, rains etc.

Exactly 😭 I'm barely able to do 12 days, 16 days will kill me ☠️

😅😅 I'm not sure that's why I am asking if it's true

It is actually true and there is a reason why they have started implementing it from higher management first so that others can stay quiet and start following sooner or later.
