Finally 30 days left from my LWD and I am so excited. Finally freedom from this corporate turmoil. Backwards counting……. Who would have thought of being so excited about leaving their dream company, but it’s always ME before Kolkata Corporate Politics.

Good for you.. Congratulations.. Is Kolkata actually so bad with Office politics,I used to hear the same thing in my previous company as well

Pathetic. The issue here is nobody wants to change with the way they work but finds each team member an inefficient once they stop taking the excessive and delegated work load. Trust me the entire focus shifts from “client centric” to “employee centric” not in a constructive way though.
