Hi Folks,
For 22 working days in a month 60% would be 13.2 but we are asked to do 12 days that’s fine what if I take 1or 2 privilege leaves that comes out to be still 12 days right?? Any idea do i need to do 12 days or 11 days

(22 - privilege leaves) × 60 % , so if you get minimum in this calculation, you can go for this much days
